As per Amazon's policy we will accept refunds up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us by email or via shipping inquiry and we will handle any request on a one by one basis. If a return is granted the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please check below to see if a product is suitable for return before placing an inquiry.
There are certain bases we will not accept products back under:

If the item changes condition from new to used, we will not accepted a return. For example a customer purchases a beauty or medical product and then opens and tests the product, the product is no longer new. If you purchased several of the same items you can return the unused and unopened ones.

Normally if the item is easily opened and has no safety seals; for example baby oil, we cannot resell the product because it can be easily contaminated. Therefore we will not ask for any returns with products that are easily opened, mainly for public safety reasons. If the item is sealed, unopened and retains its sales value we will grant a return. This rule applies to all food, supplements, medical and beauty products.
Unclaimed Packages: If the customer changes their mind about an order and does not send us an email about a return and lets the package come back, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges. We will refund the price of the item purchased.
Damaged or Broken Items: Shipping can be rough on some items. Please remember no matter how good or poorly a package is packed it can still get damaged or broken in transit. We do not need to hear how bad our shipping methods are, we ship out hundreds of packages a day with very few complaints, just because your package might be the exception it is not the end of the world. This is why you have the ability to contact us with problems; we will work hard to fix any problems. However, we do not tolerate scammers. Therefore, if the product is damaged during shipping, by Amazon policy, we will refund the buyer after the product is returned. If you want a replacement the same as above applies, after the product is return we will ship out a replacement. Without proof you will not get a replacement or refund, you can leave negative feedback if you want in an effort to extort a refund, we will let the feedback stand and use it as an example for the next customer to do the right thing.
Melted Products: If you purchase a heat sensitive item like candy or medicated balm, please be realistic when it comes to temperature. We freeze all candies, balms, medicated patches, face creams and other beauty products. However during transit we cannot control the temperature of the packages or the weather outside. Candy, balms and beauty products can and will melt if left out in the sun, in a mail box, on the loading dock or van for a few hours especially during summertime. This is not our fault. If the products have not leaked out of their container, places the products in the refrigerator for a few hours and the products will be fine. Unless the product has severe leakage, you will not be able to get a refund for act of God related problem. We do not have air conditioned packages. You can leave negative feedback in an effort to extort a refund if you like; we will use it as an example for the next customer along with the message why do you feel that we can control the weather outside. This is like complaining that you will not order from us anymore because it was raining when your package was delivered and it got a little wet.
As a reminder, we do manufacture the products that we sell. If you do like the smell or the product does not work well for you, this is not a basis for a refund. If the product has been opened you cannot return it in the state it was before, for example, if you open a bottle of shampoo and wash your hair the bottle now falls into the used category and cannot be sold as new therefore we will not offer you an option to return the item. Think about it this way, would you feel comfortable using a shampoo that someone else has used when you thought it was supposed to be new or was advertised and paid for as new. If you feel the need to rate the products, please rate the item on the product comment page and not the seller’s feedback page. If you place product comments in the wrong area Amazon will remove the comments.
