Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates: Our standard shipping price is 5.20 per box and 0.65 cents extra for each item. We use USPS priority, USPS priority flat rate and USPS first class shipping. On bundled items, for example a six or twelve pack of drinks, we use an overridden charge for each bundle unit. USPS first class will be used for smaller items under a thirteen ounces.

Delivery Confirmation: We use USPS delivery confirmation, which only provides proof of delivery not true tracking. If you have any problems with your tracking stating that the package is delivered and you have not received the package remember we can only see what is shown to you on the USPS website.  Therefore if the tracking states delivered the only thing we can do is advice you to talk with your mail carrier, they will we able to locate the package most of the time if gotten to in an appropriate amount of time. Do not ask for refunds on a delivered packages. Delivery Confirmation is what is required by Amazon for orders. We do not use signature confirmation unless the package is over fifty dollars in price, or we need proof that a certain party has received a package, like a reissued package.

Shipping Rate Problems: If you have any problems with the shipping rates, please remember you confirmed the order and the shipping price is shown before you confirm the order. Mainly, we do not want to haggle with you about the shipping or hear how bad our shipping is. If you do not like the shipping, simply do not place the order. Please do not leave negative feedback about shipping, you have full control over your order and can easily cancel the order by not confirming it if you do not like or agree with the shipping. Furthermore, it is not practical or economical to use every method and carrier to ship packages. Yes we agree that there can be better shipping prices but we use first class and priority mail by the USPS, so we can track packages, and offer a fairly reliable service for a cheaper price to the customer.

Bundled Items: Some of our heavier, but cheaper, items have been bundled together in a pack; for example, twelve pack of drinks. On these items, in order to offer shipping at a set price, we have to us what is called a shipping override in Amazon. The only problem is with the shipping override in place Amazon will charge you for each order. For example, if you order two Bali's Best cases you will be charged $5.99 twice. We are not trying to scam the custom by charging double shipping, this is just a limitation of Amazon's shipping model and we have no control over this. We will refund the customer for unused shipping on bundled items, all you have to do is ask. We do not give refunds automatically, because we get negative rating for giving refunds.

  1. Why was I charged shipping for each item or why is my shipping rate not the standard shipping charge: see bundled packages above.

  3. How long does it take to get my package: We are a third party to Amazon. You place the order through Amazon and once your financial information is confirmed and processed, we receive the order. We then have two days to pack and mail you order, and depending on your distance from Texas, it take priority mail 2-3 business days to deliver a package not counting the weekends or Holidays. We usually run about one day behind on shipping packages to allow for cancellations and questions. Please do not e-mail us instructions on how to ship your package.
  4. How do I track my package: You can track your packages two ways. First, you can go to the Amazon homepage and click your account tab at the upper left of the screen, then click on your orders button. If you have not already logged in it will ask you to now. Look for your order and then click the link. Scroll down and look for the tracking information toward the bottom of the order, and once you see the tracking number click on it and the tracking screen will pull up with the information. Second, you should receive a email when the package is shipped with the tracking number in the body of the letter. Click on the tracking number and the tracking screen will load and show the information. You can also cut and paste the tracking number in the USPS.com website with the same results as before.
  5. Why are my bottles taped: Several of our products have flip tops and will leak during shipping due to excess weight being placed on the packages during transport. Therefore we will place tape on these items to help them not leak during shipping. Some of these items come in boxes and they will be opened to be able to tape the products lids. This may not look pretty but all items are new, not used. If leakage occurs contact us by e-mail and we will work on the problem with you.
  6. Why can you not control your shipping better or have cheaper shipping:  We did have cheaper shipping at one time. We used USPS first class mail with no delivery confirmation and padded envelopes and we shipped the cheapest way possible. However we received multiple complaints and negative feedback about using padded envelopes. We had numerous complaints about customers not receiving their packages because we could not prove the package were delivered we lost a large amount of our profit. Therefore we converted to USPS priority mail because it allows for delivery confirmation and some tracking along with flat rates boxes which have no weight limits. Plus USPS first class and priority arrive within 2-3 business days. We added delivery confirmation to our first class packaging as well. As you should be aware weight is very costly when it comes to mail. Minor weight changes can cost several cents to several dollars. Other shipping agencies like FedEx and UPS are more accurate than USPS, but are more costly. Therefore USPS has the best flexibility in packaging, speed and shipping cost per weight. Less cost for us means lower shipping prices for the customer, while meeting Amazon's shipping protocol. However these changes did increase our overall  shipping cost in the end.
  7. Why is your shipping the same for every item: Amazon has a one for all shipping method, which works well for sellers that sale only like products. For example, if the seller only sale DVDs and CDs. We sale similar products, but they are not all alike. Some of our products are small and light and others are small and heavy, or large and bulky. Therefore we provide the best shipping model we can, but depending on your order quantity and weight, it may not fit into the model every time. This is annoying for all of us, but if you do not agree with the shipping - simply do not order the product. No haggling.

  10. Why does your title state a different amout of ounces than the description: There is a difference in ounces of weight and fluid ounces. Ounces is a measure of mass and fluid ounces is a measure of volume. Moreover, If you see the shipping weight of the product under product details it generally is in ounces.  This is because the postal service ships everything in ounces or pounds. Which helps you calculate your shipping without any conversion of units. The weight shows you whether or not you are being overcharged for shipping, because you can roughly calculate your own shipping with this information combined with our shipping policies and practices. However, if you see a bottle that has two fluid ounces written in the title or product description area, that does not mean the whole product (fluid plus bottle) weights two ounces. The fluid in the bottle has a weight in ounces and the bottle itself will have a weight in ounces, especially if it is made of glass. Therefore you have to weight the fluid, the bottle, and the packaging to see what the shipping weight actually is. We will not refund your money because you do not know the difference between ounces and fluid ounces. Plus there is a difference between the product detail area and the product description area. The products details area tells about the shipping weight and Amazon information like the ASIN number. The product description area is used to describe the items like its size, shape, or ingredients. Therefore sending us an email that reads, you sent me the wrong item because: I ordered six ounces and you only sent me a two ounce bottle. We will reply: Did you look at the title, product description or shipping weight area: because if the shipping weight is six ounces that does not mean the the product is six ounces.
